Republican Health Care "Plan"
Seek out a charity. That's the plan of Republican Congressional Whip Eric Cantor when asked at a public forum what he would suggest to a woman who has cancer and needs surgery, but due to losing her job, has no insurance. Cantor says there must be a number of government programs (which presumably his party opposed creating in the first place) or a charity that can help her.
This is the Republican Party in a nutshell. No compassion for those who can't afford health care. No regulation to make sure those with pre-existing conditions are covered. Because even if this woman gets the treatment she needs and survives, she is uninsurable under the current system.

I wouldnt be surprised that the republicans have an issue with the healthcare as much as they have issue with the bbill that obama passed for stem cells.
